Context:
Teams are constantly faced with new challenges and the need to strengthen communication and cooperation among their members to achieve high performance with a focused focus on results. The cornerstone of this training is the personality profile of the Process Communication Model (PCM) applied to team development. The use of PCM allows us to understand who works well with whom and also understand why we have more difficulty in cooperating with some people. This model supports teams either in critical phases of their development, such as the implementation of new projects, the alignment of vision and objectives, or when revitalizing their internal dynamics.

- Online survey application 10 days before the Workshop starts to all participants to identify their PCM Model Personality profile
