Nathalia Gaiarim

Consultant

Nathalia is a Consultant at Stravillia, supporting the elaboration of the sustainability strategies and reports. She focuses specially on social areas such as human rights and stakeholders management.

Before joining Stravillia, Nathalia worked in a Portuguese social impact association focused on education, in which she coordinated an European project that focused on the development of skills for Circular Economy in youth. In this project, she highlights the creation and organization, together with international partners, of two hackathons that took place in Portugal and in Estonia. Nathalia also has experiences in several areas related to sustainability: sustainable construction, industrial wastewater treatment, solid waste mapping, circular economy and environmental education. Contributed to the implementation of certifications such as ISO14001, B Corp and LEED.

Nathalia graduated as Environmental Engineer and Sanitary in the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil, she has a Postgraduate Degree in Arts and Social Inclusion from the Portuguese Catholic University and she´s certified trainer by the IEFP. During her academic journey, part of her graduation was at Northern Arizona University, and she made an internship at the multinational  Robert Bosch, in South Carolina – United States of America.
