Graciete Silva


Before transitioning to Stravillia, Graciete worked with BSD Consulting. She is currently responsible for developing sustainability reports, verifying and validating the accuracy of the supporting data and defining sustainability strategies. She is also in charge of carrying out benchmarking studies, stakeholder engagement, implementation of sustainable development goals (SDGs) and work-life balance practices. Previously, Graciete has worked in the area of Quality Management and Social Responsibility, as well as in consultancy for Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. She also has experience, in national and international contexts, as an auditor in processes of verification and validation of environmental and OSH performance data. She has worked for companies in the sector of management and operation of shopping centres, retail (food and non-food), universities, among others. She was also a researcher in the area of Sustainability in Industrial, Science and Technology and Business Parks. She has a degree and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, is an IEFP certified trainer and has completed the Certified Training Courses for the Preparation of the Integrated Report (by IIRC) and also the GRI certified training courses: Sustainability Reporting – GRI Standards and SDG’s – Integration in the Sustainability Management and Reporting Process.
