Graciete Silva

SENIOR MANAGER

Graciete is Senior Manager at Stravillia, focused on developing sustainability reports, verifying and validating the accuracy of the supporting data and defining strategies. She is, among others, also in charge of carrying out benchmarking studies, stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Stravillia, Graciete worked in Quality Management and Social Responsibility in Higher Education, as well as in consultancy for Environment and Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) Management Systems, in real estate (shopping centers) and retail (food and specialized retail) sectors, among others. She also has experience, nationally and internationally, as an auditor in processes of verification and validation of environmental and OS&H performance data.

She has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from FCT NOVA.

She has completed the GRI Certified Trainings: Sustainability Reporting – GRI Standards; SDG – Integration in the Management & Reporting Process; Reporting on Human Rights with GRI Standards. She completed the IIRC Certified Training on the Preparation of Integrated Reports. She is an IEFP certified trainer.
